The round cast iron pan is PFOA-free (perfluorooctanoic acid) and is particularly suitable for healthier cooking and low-fat searing, even with little or even without fat. The advantages of cast iron cookware are that the heat is optimally distributed and stored. This gives you a uniform browning in meat dishes or an ideal cooking process. Due to the non-stick coating, almost nothing burns, the cast dishes are therefore very easy to clean. The non-stick coated cast aluminium cookware is ideal for restaurants, restaurants, canteens, large kitchens, hotels, catering and private use. Care tips: clean the cast aluminium pan with a little detergent and hot water before first use.
